1. Order Cancellation by Customer

• Before Dispatch:
  You can cancel your order before it has been dispatched from our warehouse. To cancel, log in to your Aadiskart account, go to 'My Orders,' and click on 'Cancel' for the relevant item.

• After Dispatch:
  Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may choose to refuse delivery at the time of arrival or initiate a return after receiving the product (refer to our Return Policy).

• Refunds for Cancelled Orders:
  If payment was made online, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after cancellation confirmation.

2. Order Cancellation by Aadiskart

Aadiskart reserves the right to cancel an order due to:

• Product unavailability
• Pricing errors
• Payment issues
• Fraudulent activity or policy violations

In such cases, customers will be notified promptly and a full refund will be issued, if payment was already made.

3. Special Note

• Custom or made-to-order products may not be eligible for cancellation once the production process has started.
• Aadiskart reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
