Return policy

At Aadiskart, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help with easy returns and exchanges.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Returns are accepted within 7–10 days of product delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.
  • Some products (like personal care, innerwear, perishables, and customized items) may not be eligible for return. Check the product page for specific return policies.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Log in to your Aadiskart account.
  2. Go to ‘My Orders’ and select the item you want to return.
  3. Click on ‘Return/Replace’, choose your reason, and follow the steps.
  4. Our team will schedule a pickup or guide you on the return process.

Refund Process:

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, you will be asked to provide bank details for the refund.

Replacement Policy:

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you may request a free replacement within the return window.

Important Notes:

  • Products purchased during special sales or clearance events may not be eligible for return.
  • Aadiskart reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions.
