Eligibility for Returns:
- Returns are accepted within 7–10 days of product delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.
- Some products (like personal care, innerwear, perishables, and customized items) may not be eligible for return. Check the product page for specific return policies.
How to Initiate a Return:
- Log in to your Aadiskart account.
- Go to ‘My Orders’ and select the item you want to return.
- Click on ‘Return/Replace’, choose your reason, and follow the steps.
- Our team will schedule a pickup or guide you on the return process.
Refund Process:
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, you will be asked to provide bank details for the refund.
Replacement Policy:
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you may request a free replacement within the return window.
Important Notes:
- Products purchased during special sales or clearance events may not be eligible for return.
- Aadiskart reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions.
